先日の１月２１日、２２日の２日間、フルートの Izumi さんがリーダーを務めるバンド、弾楽の静岡ツアーを行ってきました。これは２０１７年に入って弾楽の最初の活動ともなるもので、昨年は初めてのＣＤアルバムを発売させるという〔弾楽、1st. ＣＤアルバム『和ニ咲ク水輪花』発売決定！…ＣＤリリース・ツアー決定参照〕、とても動きのあった自分達からの、更なる活動の充実を提案するものでもありました。折しも自分達は先月１２月に結成３周年を迎え〔弾楽、『和二咲く Xmas』ライブ参照〕、ここからが自分達にとって大事な年でもありましょう。
弾楽は静岡で生まれたバンドでもあります。そもそもは一時期静岡県に住んでいた事もあった Izumi さんが、静岡の町興しの為に結成させたのが切っ掛けでしたが、活動の幅が広がり、今では東京は勿論、昨年は西日本ツアーまで行えるようにもなりました。それらを踏まえて今年は、改めて静岡発祥のバンドである事を全面に出すべく、静岡を盛り上げる事に、より力を注いでいきたいと考えているようです。まだまだ小さい動きですが、今回の静岡ツアーもその事に関係していると思います。１日目の富士 Blitz は、もはや弾楽にとってホームとも言える場所…。２日目の沼津ねこと白鳥も、以前よくお世話になっていた沼津 Malt Cat's が移転して店名を変えた場所なので、今回のツアーはどちらも昔から馴染みのあるお店を伺う事になったのも、そうした想いから実現したものでしょう。
今回のツアーでは、静岡の空はとにかくよく晴れ、そして空気も澄んでいました。まるで自分達を受け入れてくれたかのように富士山もクッキリとその姿を現してくれていて、静岡への想いをより強固なものにさせてくれたと思います。グランドピアノが響きわたる Blitz の空間は個人的にも好きで、とても白熱した時間が展開されていました。
そして、移転してからは初めて伺った沼津ねこと白鳥。Malt Cat's 時代の雰囲気も残しつつ、更に新しいお店への変化した印象もありました。ここではイベント形式にして、自分達の他にも３アーティストが出演。個性溢れるステージで、イベントを盛り上げてくれていました。最後には皆でセッションも行い、また新たな縁が生まれたのではないかと思います。
とにかく、多くの方の協力によって、今回のツアーは成り立っていました。それはお店の方々であり、イベント出展者であり、勿論お客さん方でもありました。自分達は、静岡を盛り上げるべく…という言葉で活動を展開していこうとしていますが、それはつまり、そういった方々への感謝の気持ちを表現していきたい…という事なのかもしれません。今年はどういった１年になるのでしょうか。どうぞよろしくお願いします。今回のツアーの詳細も、後々にツアー日記として書かせて頂きます！
